Petr Konchalovsky
1876-1956Biography
Petr Konchalovsky was a Russian painter and stage designer. Born in Moscow, he studied at the Moscow School of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture before becoming a member of the Union of Russian Artists in 1910. Konchalovsky was associated with the Russian avant-garde movement and later became known for his landscapes and still lifes.
