Timur Novikov was a Russian artist associated with the Leningrad School of New Wave art. He worked in various mediums, including painting, sculpture, and performance art, and was known for his use of bright colours and pop culture references. Novikov was also a founding member of the New Artists group and the Timur Novikov Museum in St. Petersburg is dedicated to his work.
