Constantin Westchiloff was a Russian painter, graphic artist, and art collector. He was born on March 20, 1878, in St. Petersburg, Russia. Westchiloff studied art in St. Petersburg and Munich and became known for his portraits, landscapes, and genre scenes. He was a member of the Union of Russian Artists and participated in many exhibitions throughout Russia and Europe. In addition to his work as an artist, Westchiloff was also an avid collector of art, and his collection included works by Russian and European masters. After the Russian Revolution, Westchiloff left Russia and eventually settled in Paris, where he continued to paint and exhibit his work. He died in Paris on December 24, 1945.
