Ilya Zankovsky was a Russian painter and graphic artist. He was born in Odessa and later moved to Moscow, where he studied at the Moscow State Art and Industry Academy. He was a member of the Union of Soviet Artists and participated in many exhibitions throughout the Soviet Union. Zankovsky's works often depicted urban landscapes and scenes of everyday life in the Soviet Union.
